He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Southeast Asia (USEA) in September 2011, and USEA finally held his commencement ceremony this morning. Teacher Shally is now an official university graduate! He’s definitely put his degree to good use as BEA’s managing director and head teacher during the past four years. We’re so proud of all of your accomplishments, and how you achieved your success through hard work and never compromising your integrity. We appreciate all the sacrifices you have made to help all of us each and every single day at BEA. You’re our hero Teacher Shally! Congratulations!!! October has been a really tough month for all of us at BEA with the floods in Siem Reap. Despite all the damage done to students' homes and their villages, we've all survived and made it through another tough autumn. We've picked ourselves up and ready to take on the last few months of 2013. We're ending October with a little Halloween cheer! Shally, BEA's managing director, rises from his coffin as Dracula while Nicole, BEA's executive director, rides around on her broomstick as the wicked witch. Sreynet, our librarian, dances around as the werewolf and Sarith, one of our full-time teachers, is a bumbling Frankenstein. And finally, Chieu, BEA's school assistant, debuts as the Mummy. Have a frightfully Happy Halloween!!! For those of you not familiar with American culture, the song "Monster Mash" became a hit song just in time for Halloween in 1962. It's been around for ages, and is a Halloween holiday favorite. Shally, BEA's managing director, plays the role of Dr. Frankenstein while our security guard, Net, is Frankenstein. Our library, Srey Net, dances around as the Werewolf. Los, our school's assistant, makes his debut as Dracula. Finally, Nicole, BEA's executive director, is the zombie bride.
